It’s always sad to see a kosher place closing up. Yesterday I went to Delice Bakery (By Far the best Kosher Bakery in town) for breakfast, welcoming me was, Julian, the owner, who took my order. While the order was being made I asked about the Bistro, I knew the guy invested a Million dollar of his own money (Previous post on the Bistro), and the place was straggling to break even. Sadly Julian gave me the news – The place was close down 3 weeks ago to the public, and is available for private events only, and it is also up for rent, he said it was bad timing to open. Asking 10K a month as is, just pay the rent and run the business no other investment needed. One of the reasons I’m writing this is to spread the word and hopefully help Julian rent it out. The bakery is still doing great and after 8 years since it was open it is still running strong.
May we only hear good news from now on.
