Owner Natalie Sultan is the driving force behind this endeavor. Natalie Zenatti (Sultan) was born in a suburb of Paris, France. Natalie’s Love of Italian food and coking Italian dishes for her family & friends drew her lifelong dream of opening a Kosher Dairy Italian Restaurant.
After owning and operating a candy store in France for over two decades, Natalie and her husband Stephane and her two daughters Leslie & Elsa, moved in Los Angeles in 2006 to open The 26 Restaurant.
After over 6 Years of success, as dairy restaurant 26 became a meat restaurant under the tutelage of world famous Chef Todd Aarons and opened in September 2013, and Natalie finally got her lifetime dream of opening her own restaurant. Natalie assembled a unique culinary team to put together a menu of simple but elegant ingredients to create menu items like our Homemade Cheese & Mushroom Ravioli, Mushroom Risotto, Panko Crusted Chilean Sea Bass or one of our many Handmade Pizza’s baked in our house wood-fire grill.
